By accessing socorrocompliance.com or utilizing our scanning tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

Socorro Compliance provides probabilistic risk assessments based on forensic AI analysis.

• Not Legal Advice: Our scores, reports, and certifications do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of immunity from regulatory action.
• Accuracy: While we strive for 100% forensic accuracy, AI audits are based on available data at the time of the scan.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Socorro Scanner to perform automated bulk-scraping or "competitive stalking" of other businesses.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of the Socorro Forensic Engine or the S.A.M.E. architecture.
• Submitting fraudulent or misleading documentation for the purpose of obtaining a Socorro Certification.

4. Limitation of Liability

Socorro Compliance shall not be held liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or regulatory penalties incurred by the user based on the results of a Socorro scan or certification. The user assumes all risk for their own AI implementation.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Socorro Certified" badge, the Forensic Engine logic, and all content generated by S.A.M.E. remain the exclusive intellectual property of Socorro Compliance.
